Sick Pay UK is committed to processing data in accordance with its responsibilities under the GDPR.

  1. General Provisions

  • This policy applies to all personal data processed by Sick Pay UK.
  • The Responsible Person shall take responsibility for Sick Pay UK’s ongoing compliance with this policy.
  • This policy shall be reviewed at least annually.
  • Sick Pay UK is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as an organisation that processes personal data.
  1. Lawful, Fair and Transparent Processing

  • To ensure its processing of data is lawful, fair and transparent, Sick Pay UK shall maintain a Register of Systems.
  • The Register of Systems shall be reviewed at least annually.

If you request a quote from Sick Pay UK website, you are providing personal data to Sick Pay UK. The purpose of our site is to provide a wide range of quotations from different Partner organisations. In order to do this, we will pass the data you provide to Sick Pay UK to our partners.

In addition, we enable you to return to the Site at any time to retrieve past quotes from partners. This requires Sick Pay UK to store your data and any details of the quotes you’ve received on our servers.
